As we prepare to launch Stars 2.0 for student appointments, please review the following dates and other information that will help advisors and students transition to the new platform.

1. Advising Works appointment availability should end Friday, July 2
   1. AW appointments for 6/21 – 7/2 will be pulled into STARS
       
2. All remaining AW appointment summaries and other clean-up (download any student lists/searches you do not want to lose) should be completed by June 18.
    
3. Advising Works Campaigns should end Friday, June 18
   1. STARS Campaigns will need to be created and launched beginning Monday, June 21
       
4. Student appointments through STARS/WAMS will begin Monday, June 21.
   1. advisingworks.wayne.edu will redirect to stars.wayne.edu
   2. Student training materials and a launch announcement are being developed
   3. Navigation to the stars appointment system will be added to the Student Resources tab in Academica
   4. Please make sure to update your curriculum guides, email signature, auto reply info., webpages, and anywhere you may have a reference to Advising Works
